Agricultural Export & Import
KarMax is a trusted exporter and importer of high-quality agricultural products sourced from Tanzania's fertile and diverse agro-ecological zones. Leveraging the country's rich agricultural potential, we offer a broad portfolio that includes maize, rice, beans, edible oils (primarily sunflower oil, palm oil and soya bean oil), sugar, and a variety of fruits, nuts, and cereals.
These products are cultivated in key agricultural regions such as the Southern Highlands (Mbeya, Iringa, Ruvuma) for maize and beans, Morogoro and Shinyanga for rice, Singida and Dodoma for sunflower, and Kilimanjaro, Tanga, and the Lake Zone for bananas, avocados, and other tropical fruits.
Beyond staple crops, KarMax also supports the trade and export of Tanzania's leading cash crops such as coffee from Kilimanjaro and Mbeya, cashew nuts from Mtwara and Lindi, cloves from Zanzibar, and sisal from Tanga.
Our operations are built on strong relationships with smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and large-scale producers, managing the entire supply chain — from sourcing and quality assurance to warehousing, logistics, and customs clearance.
Mineral Trading & Export
KarMax Enterprise is actively engaged in the trade and export of high-value minerals, including pure copper cathodes, copper concentrates, and copper scraps. In addition, the company deals in a range of precious and industrial metals such as gold, tanzanite (a rare gemstone found only in Tanzania), diamonds, nickel, graphite, and lithium. Through strategic sourcing and a commitment to quality, KarMax ensures the reliable supply of these sought-after resources to both regional and international markets.
Transportation & Logistics Services
We provide end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to support the dynamic needs of global and regional trade. Based in Tanzania, a key gateway to East and Central Africa, our operations are strategically positioned to handle the movement of goods across air, sea, and land routes.
Our services include Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearing & Forwarding, and Warehousing and Cargo Consolidation.
With access to major ports such as Dar es Salaam and Tanga, and regional corridors connecting to Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and beyond, we ensure seamless cargo movement within Africa. Internationally, we work with a robust network of global logistics partners to facilitate secure and timely delivery to destinations across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East.
Fishing & Marine Project (Upcoming)
KarMax Enterprise Co. Limited is in the advanced planning stages of launching a large-scale Deep Sea Fishing Project along Tanzania's Indian Ocean coastline.
This strategic initiative will involve the deployment of modern, fully equipped fishing vessels designed for sustainable deep-sea operations, targeting high-value species such as tuna, kingfish, and swordfish.
The project will be complemented by a dedicated Fishing Vessel Manufacturing Program, aimed at building local capacity in marine engineering. KarMax will also establish state-of-the-art fish processing and packaging facilities adhering to international standards, enabling the export of premium-grade seafood to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
